Welcome Reception at September 14th
On the evening of the first conference day we will welcome You at Mainz university with a reception serving drinks and snacks.
Conference Dinner (Boat Trip) at September 17th
For the conference dinner we will go on a boat trip along the Rhine river from Bingen to St. Goarshausen having a view to the famous Loreley rock within the Unesco world heritage Upper Middle Rhine Vall. A barbecue and drinks will be served on the ship.
Here is the schedule for the outing:
15.00: end of scientific program
15.15: Buses ready
15.30: Departure of the Buses to Bingen, Brücke 5
17.00: Boarding the ship
17.30: Departure of the ship
approx. 21.30: back to Bingen, boarding the buses
approx. 22.15: back to Mainz
