Description
Typical cryophysics construction principles and applications
in the Crystal Ball experiment at the real photon beam facility of MAMI will be discussed.
In the A2 tagger hall we use a liquid hydrogen/deuterium target operating at temperatures around 20 Kelvin, liquid helium3 or helium4 targets at 2-4 Kelvin and a frozen spin target down to temperatures of 25 mK.
